Celebration of Thanksgiving
featuring Maryanne J. George, from Grammy-winning band Maverick City Music
Adventist Health Portland hosts this free annual event as an expression of gratitude for our community's faith and support. Admission to the event is free with:
- Your ticket.
- A nonperishable food item for Portland Adventist Community Services (PACS).
- A new pair of socks for Portland Rescue Mission to share with houseless people in our community.
When: Friday, November 17, at 7 p.m.
Where: East Hill Church, 701 N. Main Avenue, Gresham, Oregon
Tickets: Limit 2 tickets per person. Seating is first-come, first-serve. Doors open at 6:30 p.m.
About Maryanne J. George
This year we are excited to welcome singer/songwriter Maryanne J. George, member of Grammy-winning band Maverick City Music, as our musical guest. In addition to her award-winning singing career, Maryanne J. George serves as a worship leader at her church and has a Master of Education in clinical mental health. She has led many workshops on the importance of maintaining mental health and the role of worship in mental health.
Location:
East Hill Church a 20-minute drive east of Adventist Health Portland’s main campus. The church is on N. Main Avenue just south of Division Street and just north of Powell Blvd.
